Shipping policy

Order processing

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 working days of receipt of payment.

Orders are not dispatched at weekends or on public holidays.

During busy periods (sales, launches, etc.), processing times may be slightly longer. We do our utmost to deliver as quickly as possible.

Delivery areas

We currently deliver to the following countries:

  • France
  • Belgique
  • Luxembourg
  • Espagne
  • Allemagne
  • Italie
  • Portugal

Delivery methods

Deliveries are made by partner carriers such as Colissimo, Mondial Relay, or any other equivalent service depending on the destination and the option chosen.

Delivery charges

Delivery charges are calculated automatically when the order is placed, based on :

  • the country of destination,
  • the delivery method selected,
  • and the total amount of the order.

Delivery is free for orders over €30.

Estimated delivery times

 

Destination / Standard delivery / Relay point (if available)

France          / 2 to 4 working days / 3 to 5 working days

Belgium/Luxembourg / 3 to 6 working days / 4 to 6 working days

These times are indicative and do not include processing time.

Order tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with a tracking link.

It may take 24 to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

Incorrect address or unclaimed parcel

It is the customer's responsibility to check that the delivery address entered is correct.

In case of return of the package for address error, failure to claim or prolonged absence, the cost of reshipment will be borne by the customer.

Delivery delays

NUVY Paris cannot be held responsible for delays due to the carrier, customs or force majeure.
