Refund policy
We apply a 14‑day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original sealed packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
⚠️ Exceptions – Non‑returnable products
In accordance with Article L221‑28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to products that have been unsealed after delivery and cannot be returned for hygiene or health protection reasons.
Therefore, panties and intimate lingerie items that have been unsealed cannot be returned or exchanged, except in the case of a defective product.
Orders containing errors (size, model, color) may also be returned or exchanged only if the packaging has not been unsealed. Please inform us as soon as you receive your order.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. The amount will be deducted from the final invoice:
€8 for an exchange – €4.10 for a refund within mainland France.
For returns from overseas territories or international locations, shipping fees will be determined after purchasing the return labels.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can assess the issue and resolve it.
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns for sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges

Shipping fees will apply: €8. Once the return parcel is received, inspected, and validated, an €8 invoice will be sent to the customer. After payment, we will proceed with the exchange.
14‑day cooling‑off period in the European Union
Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, except for unsealed hygiene‑sensitive products such as panties.

Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and we will inform you whether the refund has been approved.
If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, please contact us at contact@nuvyparis.com.
If the return is not dropped off within 10 days, the return will not be accepted and the refund will not be processed.
Additionally, return shipping fees apply to all refunds: €4.10.
